Recipe Of The Day: Rocky Road Ice Cream

Rocky Road Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 can of sweetened condense milk
1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup light cream
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 can chopped pecans
1 cup mini marshmallows
cherries!

Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan over 

low heat, cook and stir

 condensed milk and cocoa until

 smooth and slightly thickened 

for 5 minutes, then remove from 

heat and let it cool.

2. Then add in heavy cream,

 light cream and vanilla extract

 and stir. Refrigerate in till cold.

3. Pour mixture into the canister of an ice cream maker, and freeze

 marshmallows halfway through the freezing process.according to

 manufacturer's directions. Stir in nuts and marshmallows halfway 

through the freezing process. Take a scoop and put it in a bowl and 

add a cherry on top!
